ULIP (Unilever Leadership Internship Programme) is a three-month internship program, where screened applicants are given an opportunity to work and lead live business projects at Unilever Bangladesh Limited.
The three month long extensive internship program will allow students to gain on-the-job learning and hands-on experience through working on live projects at the leading fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
We recruit 3 batches of interns for the whole year at once. The batches are –

Currently, due to Covid situation interns are and will be working from home. This will be subject to change depending on covid situation in Bangladesh.

The internship is designed for three months. However, it may be extended up to 4 months depending on business need or development need of the intern.
Generally, standard office hours are 10 AM – 6 PM. However, if the current situation with COVID-19 persists, interns will work agile like all other UBL employees.
ULIP recruitment is on an annual basis, each internship period is 3 months. All final year undergraduates who will commence their internships between June 2021 to January/February 2022 are eligible to apply.
You will require a passing CGPA of 2.5 to register.
Yes, fresh graduates (who completed all courses within the 6 months from application) are welcome to apply.
No. ULIP is a full-time internship opportunity. Hence, all courses must be completed before you can start your internship.
Candidates have to pass three rigorous rounds before they can become a ULIP Intern. The three rounds will include an aptitude test, digital case solving round and final interview.
However, considering the current situation owing to COVID-19 we will conduct the entire recruitment process virtually. Applicants from each round will receive phone calls/ email confirmations from the Unilever Team regarding their assessment phases. Upon the final selection of this year’s ULIP Interns, joining and onboarding will also be done virtually until the lockdown is lifted and offices are safely resumed back to its natural courses. Joining timeline will also be subject to change depending on the situation of the country.
Candidates will receive the time and date for their aptitude test after successfully registering. The test will take place online, the link will be provided to the candidate via email.
The aptitude test is designed to test your analytical, verbal and numerical skills.
The aptitude test is 30 minutes long.
No, you have to finish the test at one go. Once you start the test, the timer will start automatically.
Passing marks for the aptitude test can vary depending on the overall performance of the candidates.
Once the application is submitted, nothing can be changed. Hence, please fill out the form carefully.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified through emails.
It will take tentatively a week or two.
Basic screening occurs at the application phase. Candidates who pass or fail the screening will receive an email notification or text message.
